Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Operator

Tours are operated by ECO GROUP d.o.o., Bukov dol 9, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 50145493670 ("Old Zagreb Tour"). Full company details are available in the Imprint.

2. The service

Guided sightseeing tours of Zagreb in electric replicas of the Ford Model T. Each car seats 1–4 passengers plus a driver-guide. Tours run daily 09:00–21:00, from April 1 to October 31, departing from Katarinin trg 6 or Kaptol. Routes, durations and prices are listed on the home page and in the booking system.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are made online through the Bokun booking system, by phone/WhatsApp (+385 95 654 6544) or in person at the departure point, subject to availability.
• Payment is possible by card in advance through Bokun's secure checkout, or in cash or by card on the spot at the departure point (pay on arrival).
• All prices are per car (1–4 people) in euros (EUR), including VAT.
• The booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation e-mail.

4. Cancellation and changes

• Cancellation or change at least 24 hours before the tour start: you may reschedule your tour to another date free of charge.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour start: the payment is not refunded.
• No-show: the full amount is charged.
• Weather: the cars have a roof canopy for light rain. In case of severe weather the tour is rescheduled to another date free of charge; if no new date suits you, you receive a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel a tour for safety or technical reasons; in that case you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

5. During the tour

• Children are welcome; children under 3 ride free. Child seats are not provided — small children ride in a parent's care.
• Passengers must follow the driver-guide's safety instructions and remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
• The operator holds vehicle insurance and accident insurance covering the driver and up to 4 passengers per vehicle.

6. Consumer complaints

Pursuant to the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you may submit a written complaint to info@oldzagreb.com or by post to the registered office. We will reply in writing within 15 days.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
